Your Password is not available to the HelpDesk staff and they are unable to send it to you. 

You can however, change or reset your password several ways depending on the device you are using and the password you want to change.

 

With a web browser:

  • Go to the digital website for <{{ticket.product_description}}>.  
  • <Tap/click> on "ALL SECTIONS ...... SIGN IN"

  • The system will send you an email link to reset your password when you <Click> on "Forgot Password?".  

With a mobile app, using Apple iOS:

  • Uninstall the app  
  • Go to the Apple Appstore and re-download / re-install the app.  
  • Create a new UserName (your email address) and Password when the app launches. 

 

With a mobile app, using Android OS:

  • Go to SETTINGS>APPLICATIONS>APPLICATIONS MANAGER.  
  • Select the {{ticket.product_description}} app.
  • Select "CLEAR CACHE".  
  • Select "CLEAR DATA".  
  • Select "UNINSTALL".  
  • Go to the Google Playstore and re-download / re-install the app.  
  • Create a new UserName (your email address) and Password when the app launches. 

 

However, if you are changing your password for a subscription-service (subscription directly with the {{ticket.product_description}} digital website), only the web browser option can be used to "Manage Account".
